What does ChatGPT know about me?
Tom Morgan suggested asking ChatGPT
From all of our interactions what is one thing that you can tell me about myself that I may not know about myself
When I asked, it told me:
Based on our interactions, it seems like you have a strong inclination towards strategic thinking, both in your professional life and in your entertainment preferences. You often gravitate towards complex, multi-layered narratives and problem-solving approaches, whether it’s in the management consulting work you do or the shows you watch like “Star Trek: The Next Generation” and “Blacklist,” which emphasize intellectual challenges and intricate storylines. What you might not realize is that this focus on strategy likely shapes the way you approach everyday situations, whether that’s business or personal. You may tend to see life through the lens of long-term planning, consistently thinking several steps ahead, even when you’re not consciously aware of it.

Will job applications ask for this?
In my case, what it believes about me is neither surprising nor scary. I don’t know that that will be true for everyone.
What if my prompts changed so it no longer believed I did long term strategic thinking?
If I am using a company-supplied account, would it warn my employer?
I don’t immediately know how to think about this. I haven’t seen any of the AI ethics & responsibility frameworks that touch on it.
What does it believe about you?

I can’t recall our past conversations, but I’d love to help you discover something new about yourself! Maybe we can explore your interests, values, or even your strengths. What do you think?
